Advanced Communication Skills: A one day course, entitled “The physiology of Excellence”, involves training delegates in advanced communication, with plenty of participation, and demonstrating how to transform an individual with limiting beliefs into someone with a powerhouse personality. Motivational!
Negotiation Skills: A one day course, entitled “Achieving your best outcome”, reveals how powerful an eye and ear for detail can be. Communication is 7% words, 38% tone and 55% non-verbal. This seminar will largely focus on the 55%. We look at how to analyze and change language patterns with emphasis on how clients communicate, focussing on their language, tone of voice and so on, and to use metaphors to achieve mutually desirable outcomes.
Presentation skills: A one day course, entitled “I am the messenger”, covers the components of good speech and how to develop professional presentation skills. As students work through the activities, they will write and deliver three short presentations in class. They will be introduced to a variety of delivery techniques that include building rapport with the audience, using body language and humour, facilitating a question and answer session and anchoring a positive place in the room. (This is also available as a two day course where video, review and feedback are employed).
Executive Coaching: achieved through a non-directive approach, helps the client uncover and develop his/her own resources to bring about the results aimed for, to find the difference that makes the difference.
